Brian Tanner was raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Brigham Young University, earning undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Economics and a graduate degree in Public Policy. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 2006. He has practiced law for 15 years, working as a clerk for the Honorable Claudia Laycock of the 4th Judicial District in Utah, representing personal injury and civil litigation clients in Las Vegas, Nevada and assisting immigrants in court in Tacoma, Washington and the U.S. 9th Circuit. He worked as a Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Mr. Tanner’s passion is helping those who really need it.   He enjoys talking to people face to face, in his office, who have actual problems and real needs and who are immediately disadvantaged and ignored by much bigger, well financed and well represented opponents.

For the last 11 years, Mr. Tanner has focused his practice on helping the most disadvantaged. This includes the accused, the misplaced and the injured. He fights to provide protection and compensation to those who have suffered devastating losses, serious personal injury and work-related accidents. He has geared his firm to helping, day after day, those who find themselves in these unfortunate circumstances.

Mr. Tanner has appeared in court, on an almost weekly basis for the last 11 years, representing his clients. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and American Lawyers Immigration Association. He speaks fluent Spanish.

LETISIA LOPEZ

Letisia Lopez is a native of Twin Falls, Idaho, graduating from Twin Falls High School. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in political science. She received her juris doctorate degree from the University of Idaho.  

Letisia’s practice focuses primarily on the Hispanic community and their unique needs and circumstances. In addition to her legal practice, she regularly participates in Hispanic community outreach programs, including pro bono programs to help legal permanent residents obtain their citizenship and undocumented aliens obtain their papers legally.  She is committed to helping Hispanics and their families. This has also been her focus in law school where she participated in the immigration clinic and today. Letisia’s parents also went through the process of obtaining their immigration documents, so she understands intimately the struggles and opportunities this process entails. She has an excellent record in helping her clients obtain green cards, having very close to 100% of her applications approved. Letisia also assists with criminal cases in court and injury related cases.

Letisia speaks fluent Spanish. 

Keith Hutchinson

Keith Hutchinson

Keith Hutchinson was raised in Burley, Idaho. He graduated from the University of Oregon and received his juris doctorate from the University of Idaho. When he is not in a suit, he enjoys hunting, hiking, golfing, gardening and traveling the world with his family.

He is a certified worker’s compensation specialist in the state of Idaho and has practiced exclusively worker’s compensation and personal injury law for the past 37 years. He is a member of Super Lawyers and has received awards both locally and nationally for his work in representing injured workers.

Mr. Hutchinson prefers to assist in cases where there has been clear wrong-doing or bad faith on the part of employers or insurance companies. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
